Exercise figure upload and editing commands

Commands:
  chalksurf exercise figure update <exerciseId> <exerciseFigureId>            Change width, quarter-turn rotation or text/solution placement
  chalksurf exercise figure remove <exerciseId> <exerciseFigureId>            Soft-remove an active figure while retaining history
  chalksurf exercise figure replace <exerciseId> <exerciseFigureId> [source]  Replace the image with a new figure ID, retaining its display settings and original history
  chalksurf exercise figure reorder <exerciseId>                              Set the complete order of one text or solution figure group
  chalksurf exercise figure upload <exerciseId> [source]                      Upload and attach a reviewed figure image to an exercise
