Commands:
  chalksurf quality-issue list                   List active quality issues for organization-owned exercises
  chalksurf quality-issue resolve <issueId>      Resolve one quality issue using the approved exercise timestamp
  chalksurf quality-issue dismiss <issueId>      Dismiss one quality issue using the approved exercise timestamp
  chalksurf quality-issue artifact <subcommand>  Validate and reconcile local quality-issue run artifacts

Options:
      --json          Write machine-readable JSON to stdout  [boolean] [default: false]
      --result-file   Publish the complete JSON result envelope to a new private file  [string]
      --base-url      Base URL of the ChalkSurf API  [string]
