Import authoritative sources with recoverable acceptance

Positionals:
  sources  Ordered local paths, directories or HTTP(S) URLs  [array] [default: []]

With --wait, observe primary import jobs and authoritative translation-import children.
Automatically generated translations and metadata aftercare are reported separately in result.observation.
A timeout or interruption does not cancel accepted remote work. Preserve the request ID for recovery.
